CardSwitchr is a credit card rewards comparison tool that analyzes spending data you provide to generate estimated rewards calculations across different credit cards. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

Transaction categorization is automated and may not always match how a card issuer would categorize the same transaction.

  • You will only upload bank statements that belong to you or that you are legally authorized to use.

CardSwitchr is editorially independent. Our rewards calculations and card rankings are determined by algorithms based on your spending data, not by business relationships. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CardSwitchr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

Limitation on Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
